Detailed designs for next phase of development revealed

Together with Vita Group, we have today shared our updated plans for Plot10 here at First Street, including the design of the two new stunning buildings.

The Plot is split into Plot 10a which is a striking new sustainable office building of approximately 215,000 sq ft supporting around 2,000 jobs; and Plot 10b, Vita’s innovative student accommodation brand called House of Social.  It will provide over 600 student bedspaces within 4 and 6-bed apartments with a ground floor food hall focusing on local producers and traders which will be open to all.
